Job Title: Clinical Physiologist - Lung Centre Support
Location: Cromwell Hospital, London
Job Type: Bank Staff
Hours: 2-5 days per week, with flexibility to extend to Saturday shifts, evening clinics, and annual leave cover
About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Physiologist to support the Lung Centre Team at Cromwell Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will perform conventional and complex respiratory tests in a range of clinical settings, with opportunities to learn and develop your skills. The clinic sees both adult and paediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform conventional respiratory tests independently and develop skills with more complex tests, as needed
- Experience in spirometry, lung function tests, reversibility studies, skin prick allergy testing, and other respiratory tests is desirable
- Work collaboratively with the Lung Centre Team to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- BSc in Clinical Physiology/Healthcare Science and current ILS certification
- Experience in performing conventional respiratory tests unsupervised, with experience in both adult and paediatric settings preferred
- Some knowledge and experience with more complex tests will be an advantage
