Lead Front-End/Full-Stack Developer Opportunity

A highly sought-after position for a skilled Lead Front-End/Full-Stack Developer has become available at a leading software house in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain applications using React
  • Work within an agile environment, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Engage in code reviews, ensuring the highest standards of coding excellence
  • Mentor and lead junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
  • Proactively propose new solutions based on industry knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest trends

Requirements:

  • Solid commercial experience using React within a front-end/full-stack role
  • Proven experience in mentoring or leading other software developers
  • Keen to progress in a software leadership role, with a strong desire to take on new challenges
  • Beneficial to have knowledge in C# or Golang, as well as experience with micro frontend architectures or cloud infrastructures
  • Previous experience working in agile environments is essential
