About the Role

Spreetail is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Merchants team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Spreetail's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level vendor contacts.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Spreetail's business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of business development experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end sales experience, with expertise in driving sales from research and proposal to closing deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to succeed in a hybrid working model, with remote and office attendance.
