This position allows for the provision of specialized legal counsel on a diverse array of real estate issues while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The successful applicant will excel in a collaborative environment where the execution of high-caliber projects is paramount.

Core Responsibilities:

As an In-House Real Estate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing specialized legal advice on various real estate matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, leases, and other legal documents pertinent to property transactions.
  • Advising on property acquisitions, sales, development initiatives, and asset management strategies.
  • Ensuring all transactions adhere to current real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with external legal consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with property transactions and operations.
  • Assisting in the resolution of property disputes and managing litigation issues.
  • Supporting the legal requirements of various departments within the organization.

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years (PQE) in real estate law.
  • A thorough understanding of property law, contracts, and real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex property transactions and negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
