We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team at ThriveSW Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Provide maintenance, repair, and installation services for Split and VRV systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, determining appropriate repair methods.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry developments to enhance service offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Complete all necessary documentation for service calls and maintenance records.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- 5+ years of experience as a Split/VRV engineer.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and technology.
- Valid F Gas certification.
- Service checker experience (desirable but not essential; training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally across all management levels.
- Valid drivers license.
