We are seeking a talented and ambitious finance graduate to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As a finance graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in financial accounting, management accounting, internal audit, and business decision making.
Our Finance Graduate programme is a three-year rotational programme that combines academic study with work-based experience. You will be studying towards the prestigious ICAS Chartered Accountancy qualification while working across various finance areas of the SSE businesses. You will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a FTSE 100 finance team and work alongside experts in each of your chosen finance areas.
During your three-year programme, you will have the opportunity to work in financial accounting, management accounting, internal audit, and business decision making. You will also have the opportunity to build your network and develop your financial acumen through exposure to key stakeholders within the company. Additionally, you will have dedicated time off for learning and exams.
Upon successful completion of our Finance Graduate programme, you will be an ICAS Chartered Accountant with a wealth of knowledge about SSE and finance. You will have directly contributed to our Net Zero targets and will also be offered a permanent position with the SSE plc Finance team.
