About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bar/Event Supervisor to join our team at Kabin, a vibrant bar located in the heart of Liverpool's Cavern Quarter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, managing events, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and manage the bar team to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Plan and execute events, including seasonal celebrations and special parties
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost control to optimize bar operations
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager, General Manager, and fellow supervisors to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar, with a track record of leading teams and creating a lively atmosphere
  • Experience in planning and executing events that attract and engage guests, with a flair for creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide staff, ensuring top service standards
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
