Store Director

As a key member of the Aggieland Outfitters Leadership Team, the Store Director - Sales and Operations Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer engagement.
Operational ExcellenceOversee store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and employee management, to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
Customer ExperienceLead the development and implementation of customer-centric initiatives to drive loyalty, retention, and positive word-of-mouth.
Team Leadership and DevelopmentRecruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
Vendor Management and PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to drive business growth, improve supply chain efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
Financial ManagementOversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost management, and maximum profitability.
Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to minimize risk and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
Skills and AttributesProven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Leadership and CommunicationStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
