MMI Distribution is seeking dedicated full-time HGV Class 1 drivers for permanent positions. The role primarily involves transporting refrigerated goods to various retail outlets, utilizing tail lifts and cages for efficient delivery.

Shift Patterns:
  • Thursday to Monday with start times between 02:00 - 04:00
  • Wednesday to Sunday with start times between 02:00 - 04:00
  • Wednesday to Sunday with start times between 13:00 - 15:00
  • Thursday to Monday with start times between 13:00 - 15:00
  • Wednesday to Sunday with start times between 19:00 - 22:00
  • Thursday to Monday with start times between 19:00 - 22:00
Compensation Structure:

Day Shift Pay:
Monday – Friday: £15.87 (overtime after 47.5 hours: £17.85)
Saturday: £17.85
Sunday and Bank Holidays: £23.80

Night Shift Pay:
Monday – Friday: £18.13 (overtime after 47.5 hours: £20.39)
Saturday: £20.39
Sunday and Bank Holidays: £27.19

Candidate Requirements:
  • Valid DIGI and CPC card
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, and organized individual
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhering to WTD and EU driving regulations
  • Preparing vehicles for scheduled deliveries
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections
  • Refueling vehicles as necessary
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
