This role will focus on supporting young people, including asylum seekers, as they transition out of the care system and into adulthood.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide ongoing support to care leavers, ensuring their needs are met in line with statutory guidelines.
* Engage in direct work with young people and the key figures in their lives.
* Participate in the office-based duty system, assisting with urgent cases.
* Promote the safety and protection of children and young people, with a focus on preventing exploitation.
