We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert health and safety services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health and safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance to clients on meeting health and safety laws, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on health and safety practices to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, delivering detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their health and safety needs are met.
- Proven background in health, safety, and environmental management from a large construction industry or consultancy background.
- Level 6 or equivalent NEBOSH qualification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
