Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Our client, a leading medical and laboratory equipment supplier, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostics systems.
  • Liaising with customers, including laboratory managers and technicians, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Providing comprehensive product training to ensure customers are fully equipped to use our equipment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in electronics and experience working on high-value capital equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
