Job Title: Associate Project Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Analyst to join our Global Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our next-generation platform infrastructure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the global payments infrastructure and experience conducting Business User Acceptance Testing. You will work closely with operational, project, and technology teams, vendors, and external industry groups to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale cross-platform projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and flows through analysis of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures.
  2. Participate in test strategy development and planning, ensuring effective testing of our payments infrastructure.
  3. Perform business user acceptance testing, identifying and resolving defects in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct industry testing applicable to State Street's payments infrastructure, including FedWire, CHIPS, Swift Standards, CHAPS, LYNX, RITS, and CHATS.
  5. Triage, track, and report post-implementation issues and defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve.
  6. Communicate effectively with IT and project partners, clearly articulating defects and expected results.
  7. Build strong relationships with business, project, and IT teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  8. Assist business teams with implementation planning and support, including creation and updates of relevant standard operating procedures and guides.
Requirements
  1. Exceptional operational and IT knowledge of the global payments infrastructure, including SWIFT (MT, ISO20022), LYNX/LVTS, CHAPS, FedWire, CHIPS, CHATS, RITS, etc.
  2. Understanding of liquidity management principles and processes as it relates to global payment settlement systems and correspondent banking models.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage testing activities in large-scale corporate projects, with a strong understanding of structured quality assurance practices.
