Job Summary

The Technology Risk and Control Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and quantifying technology risks for the Technology Service Operations organization. This includes coordinating and reporting on mitigating activities to ensure operational resilience, technology obsolescence, data integrity, and complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technology teams, project managers, 2nd Line Risk, and IT leadership to identify and assess technology risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and methods to ensure operational resilience.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to identify and prioritize technology risks.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform technology risk management decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methods.
  • Experience in operational resilience and quantitative analysis techniques.
  • Strong experience in Information Technology in the UK financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of technology risk management as a business enabler.
  • Qualifications in IT and Risk are preferred but not essential.
