Job Opportunity: Carpenter Multi Trader

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi Trader to join our client's team in North London. As a Carpenter Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out general carpentry work, as well as plumbing and other multi-skilled trades in social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general carpentry work, including repairs and maintenance
  • Perform plumbing tasks, including installation and repair
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks
  • Use company-provided van and fuel card to travel to and from properties
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driver's Licence
  • Social Housing Experience
  • Level 2 Qualifications in Carpentry as a minimum
