Job Title: Coded Pipe Welder

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Workshop based in Sandycroft

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Coded Pipe Welder to join our client's engineering team. As a Coded Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium pipework using MIG and TIG welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welding on pipework using MIG and TIG techniques
  • Complete fabrication in the workshop
  • Working from engineering drawings
  • Using workshop machinery

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds/NVQ in fabrication welding
  • Current or previous codings in MIG or TIG welding
  • Previous experience with pipe welding/pipefitting
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role covering both workshop and site work

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate: £16.80 PAYE or £23 CIS/LTD (depending on experience)
  • 3 shifts available
  • Overtime available at x1.4 & x1.8 rates
  • Temp to perm opportunity
