  • Document robust governance and operational practices for managing change, ensuring adherence to SBS methodologies, including PIDs, Service Definition Documents, and Responsibility Matrices.
  • Develop comprehensive Knowledge Transfer plans to implement changes, set expectations, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
  • Create post-implementation support strategies and assist Delivery leaders in achieving early stabilization.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and various functional areas to devise solutions that are assessed for change and risk impacts, ensuring the realization of benefits.
  • Work alongside SBS Change teams to develop communication and RACI plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Establish repeatable practices and materials for managing future change initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transition and change management within a global finance context.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Strong planning and project management abilities.
  • Preferred technical skills: Familiarity with Oracle, UiPath, OnBase, Coupa, Microsoft Office tools, Tableau, and Business Objects.

Our Offer:

  • Company-contributed pension plan.
  • Private medical insurance coverage.
  • Opportunities for career advancement in a truly international setting.
  • Innovative leadership in the protective coatings sector.
