Job Purpose

The Audit Manager will play a key role in leading our audit team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in audit and accounting, with experience in planning, executing, and finalizing audit assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients
  • Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry developments, ensuring technical competence and expertise
  • Collaborate with other teams, including accounting and taxation, to provide comprehensive services to clients

Requirements

  • Qualified accountancy qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in audit and accounting
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and finalizing audit assignments, with a focus on quality and timeliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
