Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ferry Crew Cleaner/Relief Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our ferry infrastructure, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of our ferry services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine cleaning tasks to a high standard, including passenger accommodation, crew cabins, and public walkways
  • Conduct routine cleaning of ferry infrastructure, including control towers, slipways, and other areas
  • Support boat operations, including the transfer of ferry staff and the safe loading and unloading of pedestrians and vehicles
  • Deal with emergency situations, following established procedures and protocols
  • Act as relief staff for other roles as required

Requirements:

  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in email and Office 365 packages
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow technical and general instructions
  • Proactive and assertive approach to work
  • Experience working in a customer service environment and handling cash
  • Ability to write clearly and comprehensively
  • Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills
  • Experience working within general policies and procedures
