Job Title: Mobile Building Service Engineer (Multi-Skilled)

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Building Service Engineer to cover a commercial office portfolio in the Watford to Milton Keynes area.

Key Details:
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Salary: £42,000 - £45,000
  • Call Out: 1 in 6 rota
  • Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided

In this role, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and servicing of a portfolio of commercial office spaces. You'll work on a variety of tasks, from planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) to reactive tasks, ensuring mechanical and electrical systems are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in facilities management, with experience working on mechanical plant systems and electrical PPMs. You will be flexible, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks across multiple sites. Ability to work in a mobile role and travel within the assigned region is essential.
