Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of industrial cleaning machines, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial cleaning machines
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure customer service is maintained to a high level and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
  • Complete job activity electronically and ensure all required parts are ordered

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical qualifications
