About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Blue Pelican Group. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including Insolvency, Breach of Contract, Shareholder Disputes, IP, and Tort law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling commercial litigation cases, including Insolvency, Breach of Contract, Shareholder Disputes, IP, and Tort law
- Working closely with a consultant and another solicitor to provide support and training
- Running your own files and working as part of a team effort
- Providing excellent communication skills and being a collaborative and good team player

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 4-6 PQE solicitor with a background in commercial litigation
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative and a good team player with no silo mentality
