About the Role
This exceptional position involves overseeing partner engagements with several Global System Integrators (GSIs) at Workday. Collaborating closely with the Partner Sales and Services leadership team, the Partner Manager is responsible for driving solution identification, fostering co-innovation, and formulating go-to-market strategies within the EMEA region, in alignment with Workday's Sales and Services objectives.
The Partner Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the relationships between Partners and Workday are uniquely positioned, enabling Workday to meet its strategic business goals and generate new subscription revenue.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in a Partner Management capacity within a SaaS, Cloud-based ERP, HCM, or Financial Planning software environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing a GSI relationship for a prominent Cloud Vendor.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Software/Services Sales, or Channel Management.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing key partner programs to enhance pipeline and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated success in leading partner relationships and business development initiatives.
- Sales and/or Marketing experience with a track record of supporting complex go-to-market strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work across matrixed organizations and influence sales teams and partner go-to-market strategies.
- Understanding of Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, APIs, and platform dynamics.
- Industry experience, particularly in Financial Services, Professional Services, Communications, Media, Technology, and Retail.
- Knowledge of Channel go-to-market strategies, including selling through/to channel partners, co-selling, and re-selling.
- Experience in public-facing market activities.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.
- Moderate travel expectations: 25-40%.
