Position: Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Department: The Networks division provides advanced technology solutions and industry-leading practices to manage risk, adhere to regulations, and assist industry participants in fulfilling their compliance obligations. We offer comprehensive risk and compliance management services, enabling firms to lower expenses, leverage existing information, and optimize processes through enhanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple client inquiries, ensuring all deliverables are completed promptly.
  • Assess project scopes and provide suggestions for process improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare project updates and lead client meetings to share progress, milestones, and challenges.
  • Identify and rectify process gaps and execution issues.
  • Build enduring relationships with existing clients, key partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial and legal documentation from various sectors and sources.
  • Exhibit adaptability and become proficient in proprietary products and client business lines through complex engagements.
  • Work with clients to strategize and implement new workflows and processes in response to evolving requirements.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a regulatory environment with a background in process management.
  • Experience in conducting Due Diligence/KYC processes, including onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of US KYC regulations (FinCEN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with global KYC regulations and industry standards is preferred.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with outstanding presentation capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of financial services firms and investment management operations.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills with a commitment to quality and process.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong preference for Excel skills.
