Fibreglass GRP Finisher Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fibreglass GRP Finisher to join our team at Hunter Knight Recruitment Ltd. As a Fibreglass GRP Finisher, you will be responsible for wet laying fiberglass to the interior of vans, including Ford Transits and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, which will later be converted into refrigerated vans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing vans for lamination using small grinders and sanding tools
  • Cutting sheets of fiberglass to size and mixing resin for wet laying
  • Ensuring high-quality finishes and adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fibreglass GRP finishing
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
