About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end social strategy and activation for a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with our clients' target audiences and drive business results.
- Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Handle client and stakeholder relationships to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee social media asset creation including content capture, editing, and publishing.
- Write brand-aligned social media copy to engage and persuade our clients' target audiences.
- Engage in community management to build and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor performance dashboards to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Report on team impact in client meetings to demonstrate value and drive business results.
- Track trends and identify opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- A passion for digital media and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and deliver exceptional service.
- Skilled in capturing and editing social media content including static images and videos.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills to engage and persuade our clients' target audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Active user of various social media platforms and online communities.
- Experience with office tasks including Microsoft Office.
