About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cleaning Section Leader. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Collaborate with other store teams to ensure seamless operations

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong work ethic. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. You will also be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
