Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our palliative care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support workers
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services, including the implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in palliative care or a related field
  • NMC registration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
