Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This position involves engaging with key clinical contacts within NHS and private healthcare settings to promote our advanced patient handling solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with procurement teams, theatre staff, and clinical decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key decision-makers across various hospital departments.
  • Engage with manual handling and patient handling teams to present our solutions.
  • Drive sales through relationship building and solution-based selling, focusing on improving patient safety and outcomes.
  • Manage a flexible schedule, being field-based and willing to travel extensively within the designated territory.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospital sales, or a relevant clinical background with a commercial mindset.
  • Alternatively, candidates with a B2B sales background looking to transition into the medical field are encouraged to apply.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
  • Demonstrated sales performance will enhance your application.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Uncapped Commission: Up to £15,000, paid monthly.
  • Car Allowance: £625 per month.
  • Additional Benefits: Pension scheme, mobile phone, laptop, and 25 days of holiday plus statutory holidays.
