About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Engenda Group, a leading engineering and construction company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and deliverables, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) working as a Project Manager in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering industrial projects on time, within budget, and to client and industry standards.
  • Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of accountability and self-motivation.
  • Experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors is preferable but not essential.
