Job Summary:

ProRec Limited is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join their team in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialist building materials to trade customers across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver building materials to customers on a schedule and within timescales.
  • Maintain good care of the vehicle, ensuring all loads are secured and daily safety checks are performed.
  • Keep transport documents and paperwork updated.
  • Work in a safety-critical role, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 licence for at least 1 year.
  • Valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
  • No more than 6 points on the licence (for insurance purposes).
  • Experience in multi-drop driving for a delivery or distribution company.
  • HIAB Certification with Hook or Brick Grab.

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 5pm. Alternative weekends may be required. Salary: £40,000+.
