About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company with a UK head office based in the North West as an in-house paralegal or newly qualified solicitor. The role is part of the legal team, working under the supervision of the Head of Legal.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to general in-house legal queries, mainly around commercial contracts.
- Draft bespoke agreements.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations to remain compliant and provide accurate advice to the group.
- Gain exposure to international work and provide legal support on corporate matters.
Requirements
- Commercial contracts experience, either from private practice or in-house.
- Good attitude towards learning and developing your legal knowledge.
- Excellent relationship building skills to engage with the business, external customers, and industry bodies.
