We are seeking an experienced Maintenance / Facilities Engineer (Mechanical Biased) to join our client, an established food manufacturer with multiple sites worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned, reactive maintenance and safety checks on site utilities, site services, steam & boiler systems, turbines, centrifuges, industrial processing & plant equipment, facilities, instrumentation, treatment plant and energy systems.
- Mechanical fault finding, repairs, stripdowns & overhauls.
- Minor electrical fault finding & safety isolations.
- Improving plant availability, reliability and continuous improvement work.
- Monitor contractors on site.
- Must be a mechanically biased facilities / site services / utilities engineer.
- Electrical fault finding experience would be beneficial.
- Previously have dealt with site services, facilities, boilers, steam systems, utilities.
- Must have worked in an industrial manufacturing sector.
- Experience of using SAP would be beneficial.
- Advantageous if worked with PLC systems.
