About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Project Coordinator to join our team at Red 5 People. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our rehabilitation services for ex-offenders in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome participants and ensure all safety checks are completed to maintain a secure and smooth environment.
  • Manage bookings and referrals, handling petty cash for travel expenses and small purchases.
  • Gather feedback from participants through surveys and follow-ups to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Monitor CCTV and control access to restricted areas to maintain security.
  • Order supplies, such as stationery and refreshments, to keep the Hub well-stocked.
  • Ensure the Hub complies with Health and Safety guidelines by checking equipment and maintaining essential items like fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

Requirements:

  • Interest in working within the criminal justice sector.
  • Previous experience working on similar projects with vulnerable clients.
  • Demonstrable administrative experience and organizational skills.
  • Assertive and confident demeanor.
