The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including wound management and medication administration
- Leading the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our residents
- Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participating in staff supervision and appraisals, as well as contributing to the development of our care team
- Assessing and implementing changes to care plans, as agreed with our management team
- Collaborating with our management team to work within agreed budgets and achieve operational excellence
