We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians and support staff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Direct the daily activities of the Body Shop, coordinating workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, leading by example to maintain top-tier quality control.
  • Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Body Shop staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a Body Shop management role, with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A thorough understanding of Body Shop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
