We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our client's team in CV1. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including gardening, weeding, mowing, and hedge trimming. Additionally, they will be responsible for car park maintenance, sweeping, clearing, and keeping the area tidy. The candidate will also be required to perform bin area cleanliness tasks, including jet washing on a rotational basis. Furthermore, they will be responsible for relaying new bark for the grounds and window cleaning. Painting experience is also desirable for room painting if required. The role is 18 hours a week, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 2pm.
