Project People is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our revenue accounting and inventory management efforts. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. Your expertise in financial integration and project management will be crucial in aligning our accounting policies with our business needs. You will work closely with our FP&A and Financial Reporting teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing financial models for revenue, CARC, and inventory accounting
* Collaborating with our FP&A team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
* Managing and maintaining our financial systems and processes

We are looking for a qualified accountant with 5+ years of financial accounting experience and a proven track record in financial integration and project management. If you have experience with Amdocs, Oracle, or Smartview, that's a plus. You will be a flexible and adaptable team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
