Key Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans to address areas that fall below acceptable standards.

  • Administer medicines safely, efficiently, and effectively in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and legible client records in line with professional and legal requirements.
  • Promote and maintain effective working relationships with Consultants, medical staff, nurse colleagues, and other multi-agency professionals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of NMC guidelines and be able to apply them in a practical setting.
