Estimator Opportunity with CPR Recruitment
CPR Recruitment is working with a Main Contractor based in the UK who is looking for an experienced Estimator to provide management of cost estimates and tenders, as well as taking some responsibility for winning work, knowing the market place and securing business.
- Responsible for the detailing of tenders and quotations to secure business and meet financial and growth targets.
- Production of plans and schedules for material and other project costs.
- Working with the Chief Estimator to identify risks and opportunities at bid stage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of tender documents and presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Highly proficient in all IT packages.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
