Job Title: Senior Finance Administrator

Osborn Executive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including accounting, invoicing, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to senior management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial role.
