Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced driver to join our team at SYNETIQ Ltd. as a Vehicle Collection Driver 7.5 Tonne.

About the Role:

As a Vehicle Collection Driver 7.5 Tonne, you will be responsible for collecting accident damaged and insurance loss vehicles from recovery agents and policy holders, delivering them to our site, and completing the associated paperwork via a PDA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and clients to ensure smooth vehicle collection and delivery
  • Loading and offloading vehicles to and from our SYNETIQ HGV vehicles
  • Driving as per regulations and legislations regarding working and driving hours, and height restrictions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years driving experience, but this is not essential
  • Previous recovery/car transporter experience would be an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and resilient
  • Good attention to detail and ability to use initiative
  • Category C / C+E Driving License
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Driver CPC Card
