Job Title: Band 5 MMT/ACT Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Band 5 MMT/ACT Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the new frailty team with a focus on preparing frail patients for discharge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the frailty team in preparing patients for discharge
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Previous hospital experience as an MMT Pharmacy Technician
  • Current and valid registration as a GPHC Pharmacy Technician
  • ACT qualification is preferable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This part-time position will be 9am - 5pm, three days per week. Flexible days will be considered.
