About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Reward & Recognition. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our reward and recognition strategy across the British Heart Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Reward & Payroll team, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders on all matters related to reward
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of reward and payroll processes
  • Ensure the reward strategy achieves attraction, engagement, and retention goals
  • Oversee the delivery of all cyclical and ad-hoc reward projects
Requirements
  • Experience in a people leadership role
  • A proven track record in creating and implementing reward strategies
  • A strong understanding of payroll principles and legislation
  • Up-to-date knowledge of reward and payroll legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
