Job Title: ContrOCC Specialist - Financial Process Improvement
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary
Location: Hybrid (New Shire Hall, Huntingdon)
Job Description:
We are working with Cambridgeshire County Council to recruit a ContrOCC Specialist to identify and improve financial processes between Liquidlogic and ContrOCC. The successful candidate will work closely with the business teams to understand finance gaps and technical issues, and develop a programme of works to improve financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business teams to identify finance gaps and technical issues to be addressed
- Develop a programme of works to improve financial processes between Liquidlogic and ContrOCC
- Recommend changes to the system and support testing and approval process
- Identify reports to enable forecasting and monitoring of spend and budgets
- Identify training gaps and develop training solutions
- Ensure issues are raised in relevant call logging systems in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and report risks or issues to the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Experience with financial processes and scheme of financial management
- Knowledge of Liquidlogic and ContrOCC systems
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies
- IT literacy and ability to utilise MS 365 products
