About the Role

The Footwear Technologist will be part of the dedicated Technical team and will report to the General Technical Manager. Working within a small team, this role will be hands-on and will handle a range of footwear across men's, women's, and kids' products.

We are looking for a Technologist who is:

  • Experienced in footwear within the fashion industry
  • Highly knowledgeable about consumer product safety requirements and able to interpret relevant legislation to ensure compliance
  • Strong ability to risk assess product and understanding testing and performance
  • An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail

About the Recruitment Process

The interview process will consist of two interviews:

  • Initial interview via MS Teams with the General Technical Manager and a member of the HR Team
  • Second interview, in person with the General Technical Manager and a member of the HR Team
