About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical wards at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a community ward setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a community ward setting, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the Trust's strategic objectives.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss patient care and develop plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellbeing.
