The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients in a variety of hospital settings within NHS Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to patients, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver effective care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient needs are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current/most recent placement mentor and a personal tutor as your two referees.
- Availability to work in a variety of hospital settings within NHS Lanarkshire.
- Flexibility to work on an as-and-when-required basis.
