We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at HRGO Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management for construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements to stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimise project costs
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, CostX, and AutoCAD
Working Arrangements:
Initially, you will be required to work from our office, but as you become familiar with the role, you can expect to work from home 2-3 days per week.
