About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Buyer to join our Commercial team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for tenders to ensure optimal procurement outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tender documents and contract terms.
  • Evaluate tender responses and lead clarification meetings to ensure accurate and compliant procurement decisions.
  • Assess tender value and affordability to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements
  • Advanced commercial acumen and data management skills.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with multi-million-pound contracts and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of terms and conditions, contract law, and procurement regulations.
  • Comprehensive procurement experience and minimum A-Level education or equivalent.
  • MCIPS accreditation (or working towards it) and full UK clean driving licence.
  • Proven project management and negotiation skills.
